Could my teacher be fired for this?

Ok so my language arts teachers behavior is suspicious. He is forty year old unmarried man and finds it entertaining to pick on my friend because she spends a lot of time with her boyfriend. He has also looked down a girls shirt. She was wearing an orange sports bra and said "Nice Undershirt Katherine." thinking it was an Undershirt. we go to a private school and have to wear uniforms. He has also given a girl an infraction because she didn't have the school emblem on the corner of her pants, right under a belt loop. Our dean of students says male teachers cannot give infractions to girls for that sort of stuff. One of the rules is that you have to wear a white Undershirt if you wear one. Another thing that makes me made is that last year he told a completely straight boy that his best friend wasn't going to be his boyfriend forever just because he wanted to sit next to him in class.He has also has picked up on of my friends by the ankle and dropped him on a desk on his head. (he's a bit short). He's bullied students on many occasions and has even told me he looked me up on Facebook. To me this is obviously inappropriate but I'm not sure what more he has to do in order to be fired. I'm not trying to ruin his life just trying to justify what he's done to my friends and other students at my school.
