Men's Fashion Question: undershirts and t-shirts (any man can answer).?

In my opinion, that guy shouldn't wear that tight of a shirt, no. But to answer your real question, no. No one wears an undershirt under a tee; they wear tees AS undershirts when they wear button-up shirts.
