How do I deal with this teacher who keeps punishing me when I did not break the rules?

I don't break the dress code but this strict Baptist women who works at the school makes me change all the time. She says I show to much cleavage but I don't. I wear undershirts and jackets and I dress modest. I wear leggings that cover up my legs! Her and her daughter wear giant sweaters and long skirts,no make-up, or jewellery. I dress weird though and I think she wants me to dress more traditional though. Imagine hippy,emo,scene, and hipster clothes mixed up and that's how I dress. My parents have talked to the school and reported this woman but she still get's me in trouble. I love to read and I got a kindle for Christmas and she took it away and said that those don't belong at school. I thought teachers wanted us to read! She fined my parents for me having it at the school.Were allowed to be in the library in the morning before school and that's when I was using it, so it's not like I had it out during a lesson. We have a rule that are dresses,pants,or skirts have to cover are knees. All mine do yet she gave me detention for having short clothes! She gave me detention for hugging a boy! Were just friends and it was the end of the day and he was sad and I was trying to comfort him and we were just about to walk home and she shows up and punishes me! My parents have called the school multiple times and the principle sided with her. The principle has a daughter who breaks dress code and rules all the time and never gets in trouble. She's also always one of the students of the month! I make all A's I am skipping two years in math and I behave! Why do they mess with me? And how can I get them to leave me alone!
