I need to lose weight and I cant!!! WHY??!! I want to lose 30 pounds SOON!?

You may be burning calories and building muscle so your weight will appear heavier / the same although your body is changing. Make sure you weigh yourself at the same time of day (first thing in the morning) once a week with either the same outfit on or preferably naked to get a true weight log. I had a shock when I went to the doctor and got weighed and was 6lbs heavier than I had been two days earlier - the nurse laughed and said it was right after lunch so that was normal (and had a full bladder - rookie error).
