What should i do about takeaway guy?

Okay, im 18 and i usualy get all the bad boy type of guys, im realy getting sick of it, anyways this new takeaway place opened up in the town so i went to try it with my mates and this guy serving us started chatting me up but like realy sweetly, quite shy and nervous and the way he looked at me like wow, it was realy nice and different to the other guys anyways i thought its okay, ile go back in, get to know him better etc but he hasnt bin in there since and im not sure what to do, if it was just like i thought hes fit then id let it go but hes not fit, hes realy sweet and obviously likes me a lot, what should i do? xx
