Basketball undershirt?

what do you call the shirt which is fitted i saw BAREA wear this where in his right arm you can see a short sleeve but in the left arm theres no sleeve,i also saw this in nba 2k11 where you create a player and you can put this undershirt,i dont know if this is a shirt it kinda looks fitted and kinda like leather any ideas guys?
