Slow Death or even rotting in a 3rd world country, being stuck in there... Is this the worst nightmare ever?

I am sorry for your situation. Please let me clarify for you, just because I am an American doesn't mean I don't care about other people in other countries. That was quite an unfair statement. Not everyone is the way you chose to perceive them.
