What kind of chicken dish would I serve along with a meat lasagna?

I have a catering client who would like to serve a chicken breast dish to go with meat lasagna that she is is having. The rest of her menu is green salad, sliced fresh tomatoes, zuchinni, strawberry & pineapple tray, cheesecake and chocolate chip cookies. What kind of chicken to serve?
